5.3 Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute at 100%, while live casino games contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–20%). Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully completed. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the rollover will result in the bonus amount and any winnings attributable to it being voided.

10.2 agn888b's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 agn888b does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. agn888b will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform unavailability or technical malfunction outside its reasonable control.
11.1 agn888b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent activity; (c) failure to complete identity verification; (d) operation of duplicate accounts; or (e) any conduct deemed by agn888b to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
11.2 Members may close their agn888b account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus amounts that have not completed rollover requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.
11.3 In cases where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms or fraudulent conduct, agn888b reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation, and to permanently forfeit any bonus balances, promotional credits, or winnings derived from prohibited activity.

13.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
